​The Retreat at Muskrat Lake is a "Planned Unit Development" with 11 lots sharing common areas including a glacier formed spring fed lake with water clean enough to drink.  Covenants are here (click link)

Common areas include
  • ​acreage/property to access Muskrat Lake,
  • submerged portion of Muskrat Lake, and
  • hiking band/trail around lake
    • Note #1: All Property Pins along the Shoreline of Muskrat Lake in Block 1 are set +/- 5' landward from shoreline.  ​All lots are assessed as "non-waterfront" lots. 




In addition to the Common areas there is a Conservation Easement (50' wide riparian zone around Block 1 lots of The Retreat) surrounding Muskrat lake upon which no structures shall be built. 

​should cameras -- some from parties tracking stolen heirlooms and Allonge  -- at/near Retreat entrance (i) "live stream" for purposes of stress testing limits of Rights to Privacy in Constitutional villages, or (ii) be removed along with encroachments on Common Areas. ​
