The Retreat at Muskrat Lake (Common Area/Easements) -  The Retreat is a Planned Unit Development with 11 lots sharing, and surrounded with, common areas.  The common areas includes considerable acreage to access Muskrat Lake, a submerged portion of Muskrat Lake (+/- 14.5 acres) and band/trail (5' wide typical) surrounding Muskrat lake (a long-standing Easement which people have used to walk around the lake and park non-motorized watercraft like canoes on the water's edge since before the Retreat was platted).  ​

Storyline 1 ...
A true story of a lake with water clean enough to drink becoming polluted ... and then returning to its natural pure state.
Next chapters of story may include those of WAPPA ...
  • Santa Claus (who the world would be better off without -- see Villages, Voting & Taxes) --  a Volunteer Village "lover of children" best known for playing/acting as "smelly ole man who giggles when unsuspecting mothers put little boys on his lap".  
  • Santa's "BOat partner" -- a vietnam VET (and fellow riders kneeling in prayer) kissing American soil.
  • Jackasses blocking road (forcing neighbors to detour) includes County Parol Officer "framing" neighbor as diversion for/to Wife's crimes -- LOL (see Sheriff and Jen's Affidavits)
  • Oh So Mad Dog who smells increasingly of skunk.
  • Marine / Sheriff (infamous for using a police Baton to smash in Rodney King's head "like a pinata") violating the Constitution and countless laws (receiving/transporting stolen goods, etc.) with impunity because "those laws don't apply to cops".

NEW chip sealed ROAD for $FUV Productions -- Public Private Partnership ("Volunteers" kick in 50% and "Citizens" kick in 50%). 

​FYI -- Volunteers are Citizens (so each they may participate as Volunteer Citizen or both).
