​The Retreat at Muskrat Lake is a "Planned Unit Development" with 11 lots sharing common areas including a glacier-formed spring-fed lake with water clean enough to drink.  Covenants are here (click link).

The Retreat at Muskrat Lake Common areas include
  • ​acreage/property to access Muskrat Lake,
  • submerged portion of Muskrat Lake, and
  • hiking band/trail around lake
    • Note #1: All Property Pins along the Shoreline of Muskrat Lake in Block 1 are set +/- 5' landward from shoreline.  ​All lots are assessed as "non-waterfront" lots.​
In addition to the Common areas there is a Conservation Easement (50' wide Riparian Zone protecting Muskrat lake) upon which no structures shall be built. 

History 

We are not in Kansas any more.  We are in Land of Lincoln ("LOL")
This is a draft political story.   A great one which -- from Youngberg's fuzzy memory -- goes back to the year 2004.   This was the year Leif Youngberg (working on MASTER PLAN FOR AMERICA along with partners including brother Eric Youngberg in New Mexico) purchased one of the eleven lots at the Retreat at Muskrat Lake (a very carefully Planned Unit Development) from a George Bush senior trained Developer who controlled 8 of the 11 Lots at the time (a "super majority" for purposes of the HOA Covenants which the Developer amended to permit Leif's Dog Bella run "off leash") #ThankYouKent.  

The Master Plan envisioned hundreds thousands and maybe even more villages across America -- the Continent North and South (remember Suez Canal was not around in 1776) -- self-governing peacefully and harmoniously with native indigenous tribes holding "FIRST BENEFICIAL USE" water rights with JUST ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION.  
One of these villages (with heavy concentration of military and former military personal to ensure proper execution of Master Plan) is the Retreat at Muskrat Lake -- unfolding at Kaniksu.rocks
Before 2004 there were several mission critical foundations/milestones established including
  • 1999 - Formation of RETREAT just before FORK of Y2K.
  • 2000 - Y2K
  • 2001 - 9/11 (generational skipping story before most people on streets of NYC had smart phones).  Pulling off a 9/11 these days would be like Wisconsin or Chicago
  • Bush Country.  Skull & Bones.  Following FORK at Y2K one of New York's finest (Abolofia a 9/11 expert building French Country House with NYPD Pension Funds)  "declared crazy for warped sense of reality"  -- begins adversely possessing "GITMO beach" at Retreat and neighboring Property including where Bush's Team later built "Horse Corrals" (former drain fields for Lynn lots).  At same time Patriot Act and notion of 24/7 surveillance by military trained BOTs becomes challenge with business very much successful because of DARPA.
  • 2014 -- Cire (see Uncle Tony) obtains Property (Ole Blue House and property adversely possessed including GITMO Beach from Abolofia.

  • 2015 -- Cire Transfers Blue House to JCY Trust (U/T/D 2005)
  • 2016 -- Abolofia (Bush) takes issue with Village Election
  • 2018 -- Chapman's (Bush's Puckett Clients) execute Blue House Lease and build horse corrals on Cire's Property 
  • Keeley's (Clinton) living on Lot 4 persuade Johnny Orbell to purchase Lot 5 based on Keeley's mis-representation (based with their own attorney opinion paid for with Retreat HOA funds) that Lot 5 is waterfront which it is actually NOT according to (i) County Tax records (all Retreat lots are taxed as non-waterfront) and (ii) Retreat Plat and Covenants.
  • Johnny squats on Lot 5 which Cire may still own and (i) blocks waterfront trail around the Lake starting at GITMO beach, (ii) installs a TRUMP flagpole/structures in the 100 year-flood plain which are prohibited and (iii) drills well for 176 Lynn Dr. (Cire's ole Blue House property). 
  • Draft Background available on #CloseGitmo (in 50 foot Riparian Zone)
 In 2020 the Bergez's agreed to purchase the Blue House Property from Mom's Trust U/T/D 2005.  
Unclear how/why Purported Trusts -- 2017 Youngberg Trust and Bergez Trust -- became  part of transaction.  Title is clouded.
  • Peter moves in to Johnny's House and Claims to be President.  
Peter is evidently under same mis-impression as others who think the Retreat has a President.  The Retreat does not have a President.  The Retreat has a Chairperson and Secretary -- who meet on the First Monday of each month.
