The Retreat is a Planned Unit Development with 11 lots sharing, and surrounded with, common areas.  The common areas include considerable acreage to access Muskrat Lake, submerged portion of Muskrat Lake and conservation easement (50' wide band around Block 1 lots of The Retreat) surrounding Muskrat lake.
