Our President is (or was) Buster.  Now a Trust for Dogs, which represents Buster's Trust (see Trustees) is our temporary President until a successor is duly sworn into office.

The Retreat at Muskrat Lake (Common Area/Easements) -  The Retreat is a Planned Unit Development with 11 lots sharing, and surrounded with, common areas.  The common areas includes considerable acreage to access Muskrat Lake, a submerged portion of Muskrat Lake (+/- 14.5 acres) and band/trail (5' wide typical) surrounding Muskrat lake (a long-standing Easement which people have used to walk around the lake and park non-motorized watercraft like canoes on the water's edge since before the Retreat was platted).  ​
